Up and over doors (retractable doors) are very popular with larger garage owners. The up and over systems are designed for use with automated systems that will provide comfort and ease of use as well as security. When an up and over or “retractable door” is in the open position there is very little, if any protrusion and the entire door would be within the garage on the horizontal track system.
